Consider how many people lived at the time of Y’shua’s ministry and how few of them “got it.” Most who were closest to getting it were instead following the most popular teachings of the time and missing it.

About God: The Word “god” is translated from “Elohim” which means mighty one/almighty. God’s proper name is spelled YHWH (ancient Hebrew texts omits the vowels) with the most scholarly of sources translating it “Yehowah” (pronounced Yehovah)
The Sign of Immanuel?
This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about […] All this took place to fulfill what YHWH had said through the prophet: “Behold! The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call Him Immanuel”(which means, “God with us”). [Matthew 1]
