*YHWH/Yehowah*, The God of Israel, requires that those who align themselves with Him be sincerely committed to the point of accepting a binding agreement with specific stipulations concerning what He will do and what He requires of us.

It is not the performance of those requirements that makes the commitment; rather, the performance of the stipulations demonstrate commitment.

If you are committed you WILL demonstrate your commitment.
If you are not demonstrating, it is evidence that you are not committed and are not in covenant with the God of Israel.
